Nick Melzer, the Founding Broker of Denver Foothills Property Group at Compass, is a REALTOR®, licensed attorney, Accredited Land Consultant ("ALC"), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist ("CLHMS"). He and his team specialize in residential and land sales in the Foothills and West Denver Metro.
