Shanna’s goal is to help mindful people build wealth through real estate. Being an advocate for homeowners is her passion, and she works deliberately to bring authenticity and care to every transaction. Known for her ability to see the potential in a home as well as her business-savvy approach, Shanna provides her clients with true full-service guidance alongside her extraordinary team at Denver Foothills Property.

Originally from Kansas City, Shanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education from the University of Central Missouri and a Master’s in Education from Park University. Her extensive travels throughout Europe, Mexico, and much of the U.S. have shaped her perspective and strengthened the empathy and connection she brings to her work.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their goals, you’ll find Shanna with her family and their doodles, Olive and Milo—often out paddleboarding together. She also enjoys camping, skiing, exploring Colorado’s hidden gems, attending her kids’ ball games, and managing their short-term rental. A proud supporter of Evergreen High School Boys Basketball, she loves cheering on the team her husband coaches. Whether it’s live music, discovering a new city, or relaxing outside with a glass of wine, Shanna embraces the adventures of life wholeheartedly.
